Hospitality is firmly rooted in the ground here. Just as we would characterise our home village of Assling, we see our house as above it all yet with both feet on the ground - timelessly beautiful but also quite in tune with the times. Tyrolean through and through - very clean, very well kept and with its heart in the right place. Here the ruggedness of the mountains and the lightness of the south join hands.

All apartments are non-smoking apartments; smoking is possible on the balcony. Pets are not permitted. The Abendsonne and Morgensonne apartments in the attic floor are reached via a wide staircase; the Josephi Suite on the first floor is accessible without stairs.

East Tyrolean specialities! Don’t feel like cooking today? No problem - let excellent traditional inns serve you typical delicacies. TheWalter Stub’n and the Bärenwirt are just a few minutes’ walk away, and in Thal we recommend the GH Aue.

In East Tyrol, well-being literally lies in the nature of things! Accordingly, we treat nature consciously and respectfully. For example, we use green electricity and have installed solar heating. Cold feet in the bathroom are a thing of the past … Well, in Assling guests do just like the sun: they smile more often than average!
